The advisory firm Delta Consulting Group, based in the US, has expanded its global presence through a partnership with Osborne Partners, enhancing its disputes and investigations practices worldwide. This union brings together a team of approximately 180 professionals, significantly expanding Delta’s reach across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Osborne Partners operates offices in key locations including London, Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore. By combining their expertise, the new platform will offer a broad range of services including arbitration, business intelligence, competition regulation, valuation, construction, insurance claims, and financial matters.

Focus on Local Expansion

According to Montek Mayal, Managing Director and Head of Asia and Middle East, the combination would allow the firm to significantly broaden the expertise it offers across India, Asia and the Middle East. Mayal said, “Alongside our established strengths in commercial and investment disputes and competition matters, we can now expand our offering across construction and projects, forensics and investigations, and insurance,” he said.

Mayal added that the focus would be on developing specialist capabilities locally rather than merely drawing on expertise elsewhere in the firm. The combined firm already has almost 30 professionals across Mumbai, Dubai and Singapore.

Chris Osborne, Vice President of Osborne Partners, said: “Joining Delta represents an exciting next step for Osborne Partners’ growth. This is a firm that feels deeply aligned with our own culture and values. Osborne Partners has always been independent, and original. We are known for the complexity of the matters we handle and our partner-led attention to detail in each case. What is most important for me is that there will be no change or compromise in that – we are joining another independent group, built up from scratch which shares the same outlook.”

Osborne Partners will continue to operate during the transition as Osborne Partners, A Delta Consulting Group Company. Its leadership, client teams, engagement arrangements and existing contacts will remain unchanged for now.

Founded in 2018, Osborne Partners advises on disputes, arbitration, competition and regulation, investigations, valuation and commercial strategy. Delta Consulting Group provides expert and advisory services in complex disputes, investigations, construction, insurance claims and financial matters.

The transaction was completed on August 14, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
