According to former MRM Legal co-founders Monisha Handa Bhargava, Rahul Shrivastav, and Mohit Ram, the integration will enable SNG & Partners to advise clients across both transactional and contentious matters under a single platform.
Expanded Disputes Team
The co-founders, now part of the SNG team, said the integration would provide clients with access to a broader spectrum of contentious mandates, including banking litigation, commercial disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
Amit Aggarwal, managing partner at SNG & Partners, noted that clients will have access to an expanded disputes team with substantial experience in various areas of litigation.
The team will work in close collaboration with the firm’s existing transactional and advisory practices, offering integrated advice to clients.
