NYAI has unveiled NYAI AI Studio, the first agentic AI infrastructure platform developed in India. The solution targets law firms and enterprise legal and compliance teams, offering a departure from conventional AI tools. These tools typically handle isolated tasks, whereas NYAI AI Studio enables AI agents to oversee legal and compliance workflows from start to finish. The platform operates using an organization’s proprietary data, governance structures, and selected AI models.

The introduction of this platform addresses a significant obstacle in the adoption of legal AI. Existing tools often treat AI as a mere productivity enhancement, yet legal work demands handling sensitive client data, proprietary workflows, and detailed decision-making. Full traceability is essential in these scenarios. Dr. Chinmay S. Bhosale, a co-founder of NYAI, noted that generic AI solutions do not address the distinct requirements of various firms and enterprises. In contrast, NYAI AI Studio delivers a customizable framework where organizations can develop agents and workflows aligned with their specific practices.

Tackling Governance and Model Integration

The rapid expansion of generative AI has introduced new governance challenges for legal and compliance teams. Data frequently spans multiple AI applications, leaving little oversight into processing activities, model usage, or associated costs. NYAI AI Studio resolves these issues by functioning as an underlying infrastructure layer. It integrates with AI models such as Claude, GPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini while maintaining organizational data within its environment. This flexible approach allows teams to choose the most suitable AI for each task instead of relying on a single solution.

The platform extends beyond basic capabilities like research, drafting, and document review. It supports multi-agent coordination for detailed workflows. For instance, during mergers and acquisitions due diligence, specialized agents can categorize documents, extract metadata, assess risks, and consolidate findings into a single report. Similar functionalities apply to land and title due diligence, regulatory compliance, audits, and other legal processes.

No-Code Builder Empowers Lawyers

The Studio combines pre-built agents for standard legal tasks with a builder tool designed for non-engineers. Lawyers and compliance professionals can use this tool to create custom workflows. Organizations can embed their standard procedures, past precedents, and escalation protocols into tailored agents. This ensures that their established processes guide the technology rather than the reverse. A knowledge graph and organizational memory preserve context from previous engagements, allowing accumulated expertise to strengthen over time.

  • A centralized interface for research, drafting, summaries, timelines, document revisions, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Compliance management tools for tracking obligations, calculating penalties, monitoring activities, and conducting AI-assisted audits.
  • Customizable agents, workflows, and tools developed internally and linked to external AI models.
  • Preconfigured solutions for intake processes, due diligence, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Organization-specific AI applications hosted exclusively on the platform.

Technically, the platform supports multi-agent collaboration, reusable tools, custom scheduling, and a model-agnostic orchestration layer. It also includes an API gateway, governance controls, role-based permissions, single sign-on, and detailed audit logs. Data privacy and security are prioritized, with deployment models that include Software as a Service (SaaS), isolated deployment on hyperscalers, and air-gapped on-premise deployment.

Hundreds of Seamless Integrations

NYAI AI Studio connects with more than 100 integrations, including iManage, SAP, DocuSign, Salesforce, storage systems, email platforms, and WhatsApp. This integration ensures smooth adoption within existing workflows.

The platform is currently available in India, with expansion plans targeting the Middle East, United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific within the next quarter.
